STORM-BOTS' TRAINING PROGRAMME

STORM-BOTS aims to train a new generation of highly-skilled scientists providing them with a solid multidisciplinary training in the field of Liquid Crystal-based actuators and robotic systems, a dynamic and quickly developing field which urgently requires a new generation of researchers capable of contributing to complementary disciplines and sectors.

Transnational, highly integrated, multidisciplinary, multi-sectoral.

Based on innovative individual research projects

Implemented through local and network-wide training activities

Made up of advanced scientific training and the development of generic academic and non-academic skills.

Supported by personalised career guidance and supervision.

Other training activities

This has been a year of numerous secondments of the STORM-BOTS ESRs! International, inter-sectoral, academic… all types of secondments have taken place this year, adding to those already carried out in 2022. But above all, secondments are an important part of the ESRs’ training, enhancing their scientific projects and careers, fostering stronger collaborations, and expanding their professional network.
