THIRD STORM-BOTS SYMPOSIUM

STORM-BOTS 3rd symposium 5-8 September 2023,
Tampere University

The third STORM-BOTS symposium, organised by TAU and taking place from 5 to 8 September 2023 in Tampere, Finland, is part of the project’s ambitious network-wide training programme.

As in previous training events, the symposium agenda is structured in different parts

Day 1 (05.09) is dedicated to internal sessions in which the STORM-BOTS ESRs will present the current state of their projects to the other network’s teams (restricted session).

Day 2 (06.09) will be entirely dedicated to training activities of soft and transversal skills, opened to the ESRs and external participants. See the programmed workshops below.

Days 3 and 4 (07&08.09) are dedicated to lectures by renowned invited speakers and members of the STORM-BOTS consortium, who will offer lectures and courses covering topics related to different aspects of polymeric materials, the manufacturing of responsive materials, soft robotics or liquid crystal elastomers.
